Yesterday was a NINE Green Arrow Day. Below are the particulars for the day.
New cases are continuing a positive trend by dropping 37.2% since the week ended July 19, 2020. This marks the fifth consecutive week of new cases decreasing. We stated a few weeks ago; there was substantial evidence that the second wave has subsided, and these past week’s results support our supposition.
The number of tests has declined to 5.1 million from the high-water mark of 5.9 million. It is essential to mention that there is plenty of capacity to test more people, but the need for tests has subsided. In other words, there is less feeling of any of the symptoms. Another indication the second wave has waned.
New Cases
New cases have dropped over the last five weeks. That is a 37% reduction since the week ending July 19, 2020.
Tests
Tests are slowly declining pointing to another indication the second wave is ending.
