Sunday was a NINE Green Arrow Day.
Summary for Week Ending September 13, 2020
Good Morning,
Yesterday was a NINE Green Arrow Day; below are the particulars for Sunday.
New cases are continuing their favorable trend by dropping almost 50% since the week ended July 19, 2020. This marks the eighth consecutive week of the decreasing pattern. We stated two months ago; there was substantial evidence that the second wave has subsided, and these past week’s results further support our hypothesis.
There were almost 700,000 fewer tests last week, less than 5 million. It was the fewest seven-day total since early July. We view this as a good indicator because there is adequate capacity for everyone that needs or wants a test, and thus, there are less symptomatic patients.
New Cases
New cases have dropped over the last seven weeks. That is a 48.9% reduction since the week ending July 19, 2020.
Tests
The number of tests performed last week dipped below 5 million. The lowest number since early July 2020.
