Our Staff Has Finally Succumb to Covid
Yesterday was a SEVEN Green Arrow Day
Good Morning,
Sunday was a SEVEN Green Arrow Day; below are the particulars.
Two members of our staff tested positive for the virus a few days ago. One seemed to have what one would have thought was a summer cold, while the other felt somewhat similar. Nonetheless, both were tested and the results were visible. These staff members are self-isolating, working remotely, and seem to have only minor symptoms, thank goodness. One began treatment with Paxlovid and the other will not. It might be interesting to compare results.
The trends remain rather flat, especially since we are not seeing any spike or an exponential rise in new cases. We did see a decrease in new cases with 417,869 compared to the prior week’s level of 490,705. A 15% decrease.
The graph below shows new cases. Over the last ten weeks, the trend is rather steady with new cases ranging between 400,000 and 500,000 per week.
Open Net Cases, the potential active germ carriers were down to 642,701 compared to 751,540 a 15% decrease. Compared to the week of July 10th, cases are down 12% from 731,524.
