GREEN Arrow Grading System
Good Morning,
Yesterday was a FOUR Green Arrow Day. Below are the particulars for the day.
We are gaining subscribers, and today we are summarizing our grading system.
The COVID in 60 newsletters has a unique grading system using arrows, either green or red, green, to mark progress or red for the opposite. There are ten categories that we measure and, in effect, have created on a “ten scales.” A day with nine arrows is better than a day with three.
The daily statistics are but a snapshot of data for the previous day. At times that data isn’t timely or accurate, and eventually, the data sources will retroactively correct errors. We will then update our tables accordingly. Some of that is just the nature of the reporting. In the US, there are thousands of places in which tests are performed, and then there is the process of collecting the data, tabulating, and finally reporting. For sure, these steps create a bit of a lag from real-time to statistical publication.
We believe that the daily counts are important but review the weekly and monthly trends to provide our commentary.
Our Recommendations:
- Protect the small percentage of the high-risk population.
- Isolate those geographies and places of potential contamination.
- Get healthy, strengthen individual immune systems.
