Favorable and Flat Trends
Yesterday was a SEVEN Green Arrow Day
Good Morning,
The favorable trends continue especially not seeing any spike or an exponential rise in new cases. We did see an increase in new cases last week with 502,490 which was an 11% increase from two weeks ago. We attribute some of that increase to delayed data processing
The graph below shows a slight increase in new cases. But over the last eight weeks, the trend is rather flat or modestly down, the ups and downs may be more due to typical summer vacations, etc.
Other favorable trends include weekly mortalities being lower than they have been since the early days at less than 1,100 per week. Open Net Cases, the potential active germ carriers were up a bit by 4% but dropped by 6% compared to two weeks ago and by 18% from one month ago.
