Yesterday was a THREE Green Arrow Day.
Perspective
Yesterday was a Three Green Arrow day. We certainly like to see more Green Arrows but there is a perspective. Many of the daily changes are within tenths or even one-hundredths of a percent, as in the case of new cases up by 0.2% or our “hot spot” (greater NYC) was better by 0.01%.
Several of the categories are related to the volume of tests and the processing of the information after that. For example, we are now averaging between 460,000 to 500,000 tests per day compared to less than 420,000 just a couple of weeks ago. Recorded recoveries have seesaw results and appear to have more of a data collection throughput issues, than an actual trend.
As of this moment, it seems we see a flattening of rates and activity and small changes cause such daily fluctuations.
