Yesterday was a SEVEN Green Arrow Day.
Better Strategy vs. Current Tactics
Yesterday was a SEVEN Green Arrow day, an apparent significant improvement over the previous day. However, the daily fluctuations are within tenths and one-hundredths of a percent. For instance, new case growth was up by 0.02%, positive tests were down by 0.3%, and our “hot spot” had 0.01% fewer new cases.
These minor oscillations would lead us to believe two essential points. The first is that there isn’t any significant improvement nor deterioration of the impact of COVID 19. Second and more relevant is that our prime tactics of “social distancing,” wearing face masks and the like have definite limitations.
Information, analysis including artificial intelligence, are available to form not only a better strategy for COVID but for those viral maladies yet to come. One hundred years ago, we used masks and quarantine to battle the Spanish Flu; it would seem we should be better than that today.
