Yesterday was a SIX Green Arrow Day.
Moving Day
Good Morning,
Yesterday was a SIX Green Arrow Day and the day before a TEN Green Arrow day. It’s always comforting to see so many. However, viruses don’t work in a straight liner pattern, particularly on a day-to-day basis. That plus the logistics of amassing all of this data into one source is complex. For the most part, each state is responsible for gathering and reporting their data to their respective Department of Health. Fifty states and sets of procedures add to some of the daily variability.
It is encouraging to see New Case growth rates hover between 1.1% and 1.2% for the last five days, the first such stretch of these low growth ratios. Recorded Recoveries were a bit less than the day before, but as we have seen, this may be more due to the timing of administrative processing.
Test rates continue to fall as we’ve had four days in a row of sub 5% positive test results. Similarly, our Hot Spot greater NYC’s ratio fell by 0.005%. Lower spreading, fewer deaths and a significant drop in germ carriers or “Open Net Cases (ONC),” bodes well for having a better summer.
By the way, we relocated our office, for the season, from sunny Florida to beautiful Northeast Ohio. Look for our next publication on Monday morning because of our new hours.
