Yesterday was a SEVEN Green Arrow Day.
Weekly Summary
Good Morning,
Reviewing each day’s activity helps us understand the trends of COVID 19, and the tabular tracking of information distills some of the fluctuations out of the equation. But aggregating the data into a weekly summary provides another perspective.
Last week was encouraging when compared to the prior week, 5/10/20, and four-week period ending 4/19/20.
- New cases: there was better than 10% and a 21% drop compared to the prior week and four weeks ago, respectively.
- Deaths: for this week were 16% and 31% fewer than the compared dates.
- Tests: there were 1.4 million more tests performed this week over four weeks prior. Positive cases were 20% for the week ended in April, and this recent week less than 7%.

CORRECTION: Yesterday, we reported 11.9 million tests were administered history-to-date according to Worldometer. Today we noticed that Worldometer lowered the HTD number by 424,000 without an explanation. That reduction did not make a material change in any of our analyses nor green star ratings
